	Welcome to the Cosy Hungarian Dining Room's website. We consider it a great opportunity to introduce our 27 year old establishment in a new way. We are located in Scarborough, near the beautiful bluffs of Lake Ontario. It has been a blessing to build our business at this location, which we have done with great pride and pleasure. It brings us much joy to see patrons return time and again. We have been told many a time that our homestyle cooking, our personal service and the warm and cosy environment is what draws our faithful patrons. Our dining room is a 39 seat family style restaurant fully licensed and features a broad selection of hungarian dishes. Hungarian dishes are known for their unique spices and herbs with our generous use of the Paprika, along with fresh vegetables and choice cuts of meat. To make the pleasure of dining even more special and enchanting we fill our room with soft romantic lighting, a special display of authentic hungarian decorations and beautiful classical music playing in the background. It is in this setting that we invite you to come and experience the exquisite taste of the Hungarian cuisine handed down from generation to generation.

I had occasion to meet with three colleagues at the Cosy for dinner recently

None of them had been there previously but were all very impressed with the food, the service and the general ambiance of the restaurant

I talked them into my favourite there the schnitzel cordon bleu so we all dined on the same thing. The ladies all would like to return to the Cosy and intend to recommend it to their friends. It's the ultimate neighbourhood restaurant - excellent food, good prices and friendly service. If you get a chance do give it a try! Anne Allen
